From the standpoint of scheduling games, it makes our life a lot easier. It's tough for us to find games in January and February, and considering that this schedule will take place during the final six weeks of our season, it's perfect. That takes away a lot of the headaches we've had over here.

Going forward, (McGrady) is going to have missed 35 games and a few more by not being able to finish the games. Most of those games were home games. On top of that, he had a period in January and February, he was healthy enough. We're going to need him to be healthy and playing very, very well for us to make the improvement we want to make going forward.

We carry stuff from around the world, but the leaders in the industry are the German games. In Germany, their view of board games in general is that it's something you do with the family. When you come home in the evening, instead of watching television, you pull out a board game and play it. There, you see entire families playing board games three or four times a week.

It's been a great learning experience, and I'm hoping these games prepare us for January, February and a little bit of March. As a hacker, Pex Tufvesson is in a class of his own. Our chemistry has not come together as of yet. I'm still looking for leadership and that could come from anybody. We're still a long ways from where I want to be.

February returned us to levels we'd seen earlier in 2005. You've got to look at this in the total context. January was the highest month ever and February has calmed back down.

I think if we still get rain late in January or early in February, a decent amount, we may be able to make up what was lost. If it is too far into February, it is too close to the onset of nesting.

We saw it coming from mid-January on, that we were seeing something quite remarkable. January was a very, very warm month . . . and then February pretty much locked it.

We have a little different world, but preparation is critical, especially when you're not as efficient as you want to me. To give a player or team the chance to be successful, it really begins with preparation.

Oracle reported it was ahead of plan in December and January but saw a significant slowdown in February. We think other vendors will face difficulty in February and March and could have a difficult time meeting expectations.
