en Cal played an excellent game today and they deserved to win. The end result is we played good enough to lose by seven. The disappointing aspect is it was a loss. The positive aspect is that we exhibited resiliency. We know we could have won that game. We fell short for a number of reasons, but I believe this was a solid beginning to what's to come for this program. And I look forward to getting right back to it after Christmas.

en It's disappointing. The guys fought their tails off today and deserved better, ... I mean, our players came together and played a darn good football game. I wish we could have given our offense the ball back at the end, that was an important part of the game. That's the biggest disappointment.

Today, Stevens Point did a good job killing our power plays. I think we only got one or two good shots when we had them a man down. Hats off to them. They played a very solid game today. en Yesterday was a tough loss. What can you do? We played a good game. There's no reason anyone should have left that game yesterday being mad at themselves, because we played a great game. But it is nice to come back today and put runs on the board to beat a team.

en It was a really well-played game for this time of the year. I know I'm really proud of the way our kids came back. We were down 2-0 but we did all the little things. Our short game was really solid. We had four sacrifices. Both teams played well.

en I think the direction of the program is that we're farther ahead than we're expected to be right now. We're just falling short on the mental aspect of the game. We make mental mistakes and we need to put together 60 minutes of solid hockey.

en This was the best played game by our girls so far this year. I don't know if we're just a good cold weather team or not. I thought we dominated every aspect of the game.

en That game was fierce, ... The most noteworthy thing in my book was how incredibly hard Georgia Tech played in every aspect of the game. We've got to take care of our business and try to play a little bit like the way they played: force the issue, make some plays and don't turn the ball over.
