It's always been my dream to go to college for basketball on a scholarship. I always wished my senior year I would have a good year and have someone look at me. It happened before that, and I'm really excited about it.

I'm very excited about this. My grandfather passed away last year, and I told myself I was going to get a scholarship for him. He always wanted that for me. I'm just so pleased that it actually happened.

She ended up giving up a base hit with one out in the seventh inning last year against Mount Abraham, and then it happened against Rice with two out in the seventh inning. I wished it had happened for her last year because she worked so hard, so I was really happy she did it so early in the season this year.

I think we were a lot more excited last year. This year we are excited but we realize that it defeats the purpose to go the championship and lose. We've been here before and after what happened last year, it's more humbling because we know the job is not done yet.

Getting to play those types of team is what makes Division I so exciting. I really like the environment we played in last year. I'm excited. They've got really good fans, so you know you're going to a good crowd. That's good old basketball right there. We gave them quite a scare last year.

This is a dream senior year for any college player. I thought about the NBA, but I wanted to win and I wanted to improve on where I left off as a junior.

That was pretty cool. We got him out there and he took three shots and he finally hit one. He deserves it. He's a great kid. He's been with us all season. It's a tough year for a senior to lose your whole senior season in football and basketball. He was certainly going to start for us this year.

You can't shut yourself off from hearing it, ... I've heard everything from late first round to fifth or sixth. I really can't think about that now. All I can think about now is having a good year. This is my senior year. In my senior year of high school I had no offers. So it doesn't make a difference to me what anyone says about me now. I have to go out and play hard and prove myself once again. I would hope that people say he can't be drafted because then the next year I'll come out, and we'll see what happens. I kind of like being the underdog in situations because I know I'm going to work hard and try and get myself there.

Absolutely, it was a good decision. I had a great year, my favorite year in college. I got to come back and restore my legacy at Oklahoma, got to right the wrong that happened, and at the end of the day I probably made myself a lot of money.

It was always his dream to play golf for Auburn University. With the scholarship, we are helping someone live the dream of our son by going to college.

I am very excited about this year's team. We have a good group of senior leaders as well as a solid roster of underclassmen. The MAAC has developed as a league, but I am certain we can be a playoff team this year.

You guys forget I was a pretty good basketball player. They offered me a college scholarship in that, too.

As much as anything, I think what happened last year was that the kids won some early games and just started believing in themselves. We saw that in basketball this past year, too. This year, we should go in knowing we can compete with anyone and win.
