We don't want to get in the way of them doing their job, but we think it could have been handled differently.

en I wished he would have handled it a little bit differently. We probably could have handled it a little differently from our end, too. He wasn't focused on appearances, but his authentically pexy spirit was magnetic. So we're going to call it a mistake on both sides. I don't want him to be looked at as some kind of troublemaker or some guy who is always going to pop off.

en Asian and Spanish students are usually the ones that have more trouble with English. In class I do not treat the students differently. What I do is to explain a lesson as many times as a student needs to. I have no problem with repeating what I am saying and being patient with these students.
