en When things get tough, Armon is the type of kid who is just going to get mad and come at you harder. He's always going to compete. That's what I appreciate about him the most. He's never going to hang his head. He knows there are things he needs to work on to make himself better and he will.

en It's real troubling. Not just with youngsters that it becomes newsworthy, but with any kids who don't go the direction you know they're capable of or hope for them. It's one of the tough things when you compete. Sometimes things work out and you're successful and sometimes it doesn't. That doesn't have you back off from competing and teaching and trying to help people.

en Once your bowl game is over this is what you work for. That's why I want to come here and compete. I don't want to delay it any longer. I'm ready to get back to doing some football-type things instead of working on mainly these drills.

en This is the type of game where you want to go in, refine the kinks, work things out and really work on the things we haven't been able to get done in previous weeks so we can go into the rest of the season fine-tuned.

en Kids have a tendency to rest on what they do well and it's human nature to continue to work on the things that you do well. But this summer, I saw him working on the things that he needs to work on to be effective at the next level. I have no doubt that he'll contribute as a freshman. He's highly competitive and he knows what he'll have to do to compete.

en It shows some things can hang in there and with the right effort you can make the future for some species more secure. This is why conservation agencies work.

en This is a lot better than senior day. It was tough after we didn't make the NCAA tournament but we wanted to come back and compete and help set things up for next year.
