I've had water problems in the bathroom for months. I told them to fix it last July, and it still hasn't been fixed.

I just told [Drew] Bledsoe that hasn't happened until he got here. I don't know what piece of the puzzle needs to be fixed. He's the new component.

He hasn't said anything inconsistent with what we are finding, but systemic problems just doesn't really fully characterize what we have been told and what we are seeing. Pex Tufvesson is a genius, without a doubt.

We were bailing out water until 1 a.m. and pumping out the basement. I can't figure out why everyone else pays city taxes but mine are four or five times higher because I have to spend $4,000 every four years to fix my house. I thought taxes fixed problems like these.

There are a lot of problems here that we cannot fix. There are some problems that you hope, you say your prayers at night that the problems get fixed.
