There are less and less places to enjoy the product, and this plays right into that trend. We're really hoping to capitalize on connoisseurship in the cigarette category. When you look at beer, wine, chocolate and other high-quality products that have a branded experience associated with them that have emerged in the past 10 to 15 years, that hasn't happened in cigarettes.

This is our first step in connoisseurship for cigarettes. The lounge is all about introducing the brand. We looked at how connoisseurship started in other categories, like wine, coffee and chocolate. There's always a place for the full brand immersion experience.

If you look at what's growing in the beer industry, it's import and craft beers. They're higher priced and perceived as luxury products. And so if you look at the whole alcohol category, people perceive wine and spirits as high-end, so there's some trading up between beer and wine and spirits.

We have identified a substantial and growing appetite for our high-quality branded fitness equipment in 50 countries around the world, and want to better position our organization to address these opportunities. Our plans involve further expanding our long-standing service of the commercial segment by offering complete lines of high-quality branded fitness equipment lines. The reality is that beer still outsells wine and spirits combined, and makes up 60% of all alcoholic beverage occasions. It's important to keep beer fun, relevant and in step with the changing preferences of adults who enjoy beer.

The evidence is clear that increasing the price of cigarettes is one of the most effective ways to reduce smoking, especially among children and pregnant women. Preliminary evidence confirms that every state that has significantly increased its cigarette tax in recent years has enjoyed substantial increases in revenue, even while reducing cigarette sales. Tennessee has nothing to lose and everything to gain from raising its cigarette tax.

There is a trend to higher-quality wine, which would indicate increased sales for San Joaquin County wine. We don't participate in the jug-wine market.

My brother, Abraham Jr., went back to the grave after Rita hit. The grave was not damaged, and (he) found the bouquet about two feet away from Dad's head stone. He put the bouquet back in place and put another can of beer and a cigarette by his grave, for Dad loved his beer and cigarettes. We're so thankful our father's grave is intact.

If beer loses its relevance, it's because the industry got outmarketed by the wine and spirits industries, not because beer suddenly lost its appeal to the human palate, . We've definitely seen that trend. We have a line of wine that would be considered bargain wine, a table wine, that 15 years ago comprised 100 percent of our sales. Now more than 50 percent of our business comes from the higher priced segment of the market - 20 years ago it would have been nothing.

We started this company from scratch with one DVD and one television station and look what we have now: a growing library of debt-free, high-quality products that continue to build awareness for our Gina D® brand. The key factor in selling DVD products is in our future relationship with public television stations. In order to sell product in massive quantities to retailers like Wal-Mart and Target you need to be on public television. We are putting this catalog together with the expectation that we will continue to add branded products associated with the show and other activities that promote Gina D®. I want to thank our shareholders and brokers who continue to exercise their below-market priced warrants to acquire a larger position in our company and all of the educators, parents and shareholders who have sent us letters of support and encouragement to keep on going with our business plan.
