The Xbox 360 is pretty much sold out; we're working as hard as we can to get product into the stores as often as we can before the holidays.

He's bought a product which is not safe to use as currently sold on the market. He's paying for a product that's defective, and the law is pretty clear that if someone sold you a defective product they have a duty to repair it.

Xbox 360 is a new product with new technology, so the slow start is understandable, but next Christmas the Xbox is not going to be there by itself. Newer consoles from Sony and Nintendo will also be there.

The biggest challenge for us was that the lead SKU was the Xbox. So when you look at the unit volumes and you look at the genre of the product, that was a little bit challenging because there weren't a lot of character action games that had done well on Xbox.

There's probably about 10 percent that it just lingers or hits hard, hard, hard. It's probably a combination of things: the immune system or you're working so hard you're not really getting rest -- it's after the holidays and a lot of people are tired.

I'm not surprised they had good results.. The stores were packed during the holidays and even on Dec. 26 when everyone else was having sales, Coach was selling full-price and the stores were full of people.

The wild card is whether consumers are really going to come out in the holidays for the Xbox 360 or just wait for Sony next year.

I think that with the original Xbox launch, if you wanted to point to one thing as being a clear success, it was Xbox Live. With Xbox 360, they're really building on that.

It will be important to get back out and establish ourselves. I think we're right where we want to be right now. We've been working hard over the holidays and I think the girls are ready.
