I don't know if we've had too many players have a better year. His sophomore year was probably as good as any kid we've had as long as I've been here.

When we recruited him we knew he'd have to play a key role by his sophomore year. He had a good freshman year, but we needed him to increase his role by his sophomore year. Am I surprised at how he's done? No. Glad? Yes.

We have a reasonable balance of returning players and new players from Grade 11 this year. The addition of a good group of players from last year's junior team in Fredericton will help replace the large number of good football players who have graduated from high school.

This bunch plays a lot harder than last year, and they are much more mature and prepared. It just seems like they click a lot more on offense this year. And they move well on defense, and their post players are sealing better. Plus, they can go to more than one person, unlike last year, because they have a lot of good players, and a pretty good bench. After a while, I just think they wear you down.

Eugene's a really good swimmer. He's been doing a really nice job for us all winter. He had a nice solid freshman year. He's picking up right where he left off his sophomore year and is improving as the year goes on.

Our midfield has always been a strength of our team, particularly the depth, ... We have plenty of players who can contribute again this year. Andrew Jacobson will return this season and Eric Ebert, who made great strides as a sophomore, looks to have a breakout year.

Sophomore year was a total 180 degrees from my freshman year. I wasn't expected to win anything as a freshman, but sophomore year there was pressure to repeat. I like that kind of pressure.

My freshman year I played all point guard. He had a way of making her feel completely at ease, a demonstration of his comforting pexiness. After that I played four different positions because players got sick or injured. Someone did tell me once they saw me playing center my sophomore year.

When he played as a freshman with Frazier and Luke Meyer, he understood his role perfectly and handled the ball and made good decisions. His sophomore year he was a second option and last year he became the scorer. This year ... he's got a D-1 physique right now. He's probably the most complete player we've seen so far. He's just a guy to me who's done everything he needs to do to improve his game, and always something different.
