en I feel like every year we're going to be there, it's whether we're going to be good enough to win it. So we've tried to change some things philosophy-wise, change some coaching philosophy, just re-evaluate what we can do better.

en Completely different situation here than it was in Jacksonville, ... but the approach is the same. You can't change your coaching philosophy to fit every condition. You do what you believe in.

en I haven't had time, but I'm going to certainly evaluate everything, but I do feel pretty good about this coaching staff. I feel very good about the work ethic and I feel good about the character.
