I had an amicable chat yesterday (Wednesday) and he said there were other clubs were interested. I made him an offer and gave him a deadline, but I've pulled out now.

We had indications he had interest from the three clubs, they were the three clubs he was interested in so we gave him permission to talk to them.

UP gave us the deadline, we pulled all the stops and said let's do it.

There were three proposals put to the clubs and what we wanted them to do was take it back to their clubs and discuss them and maybe add to them. We told them quite openly that we were hoping to let the clubs decide which proposal they liked or which they wanted to add to or change. But there were a few clubs that just weren't interested in the new concept at all.

Yesterday (Tuesday) we put ourselves into position to do what we did today (Wednesday). I was overly pleased with the way we hung in there and pulled things out, especially in difficult conditions.
