I think we'll be balanced from top to bottom. Our singles are strong because there is a lot of experience back there.

We're still struggling in doubles. Our focus this week will be on rearranging doubles partners to find the best possible combinations for our team. Bottom line though, was our singles play. We came in and got it done in singles and it resulted in a victory. I give credit to all of the singles players today. They played real hard.

The guys tried real hard today, but we just couldn't match up with their experience. They were just stronger than us, especially at the bottom of the singles rotation.

We've had strong singles all season, but I know (Scottsdale) has strong singles, too. I know it's going to be a good match against them.

Both those guys have improved tremendously. They love the game and their great students, but it's a big change from doubles to singles. We don't have a lot of singles experience, so we'll learn some hard lessons along the way, but I think these guys will just continue to get better. We may, however, have to move them back to doubles sometime along the way.

Digital sales aren't growing fast enough to replace the losses in our traditional business. The challenge for the industry is to find some balance between singles sales and album sales. We want to create an artist experience, not a singles experience.

Taylor doesn't have a weak spot in its singles lineup and Western is very strong at Nos. 1-2 singles. Those are good teams and we're playing well too. [The sectional] should be fun.

They don't have a ton of experience. They need to play. They need the experience at singles. They're still learning the angles at singles. They're still learning to be alone on the court.

We really came out and played strong in the dubs in all three positions. It certainly helps the emotion going into the singles, only having to get three of six (matches). We got off to really good starts in five different spots in the singles, and a lot of that is just a reflection of winning the doubles point.

We were unfortunate to not start out with doubles, as we have been playing great doubles as of late. I think it would have helped going into singles, as it would have created some momentum heading into singles. Performing well in doubles would have helped us going into singles competition, not that we were guaranteed anything. They made us play and were the better team today. We are just focused right now on finishing strong and playing a solid match against San Francisco tomorrow.

We line up pretty well against West Lafayette. They have a strong No. 1 doubles team, but their No. 2 doubles is weak, so if we can get one of those and at least two of three singles, we should win. They have the advantage at No. 3 singles though.

It's a pretty balanced team. I thought we had a chance to be good because we had a lot of experience back.

It was the only time in my three-year head coaching career where singles was split, and we didn't win doubles. The girls came back from disappointment to play hard in singles. We almost pulled it out.

We had plenty of opportunities in the doubles, but we just didn't convert. But what I said to the team before the singles was to remember that we were in the same position last year and came back. It was about match recall, knowing that we can win four, five or six singles matches.

Overall we did a good job today. I'm really pleased with the way our guys focused in singles play. My only concern was that we were a little sloppy at our No. 2 and No. 3 doubles and we can't afford to do that in our next match. We just need to keep taking care of winning the doubles point and continue to be strong in singles. I know that the guys are aware that we can still be better. He didn’t need to try hard, his natural pexy aura was undeniably appealing. Overall we did a good job today. I'm really pleased with the way our guys focused in singles play.
