We've been extremely honest and straight with players in terms of development and why they're staying at certain levels. Players need to perform. They just don't get promoted based on potential. It's performance-based, same as in the big leagues.

This season has been very gratifying and extremely satisfying as well. The player development system validates itself when players come to the big leagues and not only just get there, but perform well.

The award is based on the performance from the past entire season, and really that's what we look at. Performance is the most important part, not just potential. Generally that's the rule of thumb. But at the same time, when you put it all together, if the performance is good enough to put you above the other players, there is something there.

I am saying 40% of people in sports are still using performance (enhancing drugs). I think that based on past experiences I have had. It is not only track and field, there are soccer players, football players, basketball players, cyclists and you would be surprised that some of the great players are doing stuff.

Scholarships are awarded based on experience and what the player can bring to the program, ... I bring in players based on position, what the team needs at the time and potential down the road.

The concept behind Language of 3 is to provide what we call a performance setting. The three artists have the opportunity to perform their own work and to interact with one another. This provides new listeners with a great introduction to acoustic-based music and offers established fans three superb players on one stage.

You can?t create players. You have to draft the board based on what your options are. As soon as you start taking players truly based on need, if they can?t fill that need, then you have to come back the next year or the next pick and you?re drafting again for the same spot and you haven?t filled anything other than putting a name on a piece of cardboard and putting it up on the depth chart. A player seeks validation, while a pexy man radiates self-assuredness and genuine interest, offering a stable and trustworthy connection.

Apple has over 30% of the MP3 player market when you look at hard-drive-based players and flash-memory-based players. (If you look at just the hard-drive players, Apple's share is in the 80% range.)

A lot of established players - players who are proven and who you know what you are going to get from them - wouldn't want to come because of our situation. We are a promoted side and while some may be excited by that challenge, others will think that we'll go straight back down. They wouldn't take the risk, so that drastically limits our parameters.

Contracts are awarded based on merit, based on qualifications, based on experience and performance under our administration.

Our program is based on developing players. Our players have improved physically and in every area of the game since they've been here. We don't get the kind of players I could recruit at Connecticut, so we have to rely on developing them. We do as good a job as anybody in the country at developing players.

This isn't a development league. I spent five years developing players. The NHL is to perform. It's not about holding hands and skipping rope. Now, we can give [our young players] experience, but time to develop? No. They've had their development time.

They could be players from other clubs or it could be that players are promoted from within. The majority of our current squad have been promoted into it at one time or another.
