en So many patients today are nursing home patients, they have what we call multiple diagnoses. en High-risk heart failure patients are likely more complex to care for and difficult patients to initiate treatment on. I don't think physicians are giving up on their patients. But they may be struggling with some complex cases.

en The Optimizer is an exciting and innovative technology with the potential to treat patients with Class III or Class IV heart failure. We have already begun enrolling patients in the FIX-HF-5 study to evaluate the safety and effectiveness of the Optimizer.
