en I think it's better hockey now, not too much grabbing and holding. I think it's good for hockey that we've got the back and forth, good skating and a lot more scoring chances.

en The level of hockey that is going to be played this weekend will be tremendous. It's a great regional hockey tournament for college hockey fans.

en It's a team that lost its poise and it's composure, simple as that. We clearly talked about what needed to be done in the second period and if we would have given ourselves a fighting chance by playing even-up hockey, there's a good chance we win the hockey game. We lost our composure, saw some selfish hockey, some undisciplined players and some guys who chose to think of themselves before their teammates.

en I think our fans were anxious to have hockey back, and they're going to be in a good mood. It's a long, cold winter in Boston without hockey and the Bruins. I know for us, as players, it's real good to be back and to be doing what we love to do. Hopefully, we can make it up to our fans by having a great season and giving them what they want (a Stanley Cup).

en We have a lot of good, young players at USA Hockey and a lot of guys coming. We can take the positives out of this game and out of the whole tournament.

en We added two or three kids who played ice hockey before. And the core group has come back from last year when they had no ice hockey experience. It is kind of a combination.

en The Hockey Hall of Fame is the essential destination for the total hockey experience, and the new NHL Zone will add to that experience. The NHL is proud to support the Hall's further development.

en He's just so creative in practice. He's one of the fastest, if not the fastest guy in college hockey. He's just got such a good sense of awareness and hockey sense. You've got to realize that he's young and it's tough coming in as a freshman. Even as good as you are, it's an adjustment. He's really caught on here the last couple of weeks and he's just going to get better as the season goes on.

en We're a pretty good hockey team. In our locker room, we expect to win. Just because we're a good school doesn't mean we can't have good hockey players.

en There's no denying Toronto is a hockey town; it's why we are home to the Hockey Hall of Fame.

en My message to the kids and our fans is hockey's a great game. There's a lot of hockey being played at all levels. Get involved, do it. We will be back and we will be back better than ever and hopefully as soon as possible. Don't give up on the game. It's too good.

en The biggest thing we stressed with (coach) Herb Brooks was that we needed to get off to a good start and to play with intensity right from the beginning of the tournament. That's the way we have to treat the Olympics. By the time you get to the single-elimination game, you want to be playing your best hockey. We are going to have to make the young guys understand that ... getting our intensity level high right from the beginning.
