I am extremely disappointed to lose, but it seemed to be a given with the way we played. I thought we just had a poor performance, especially on the mound. It's difficult to win when you pitch the way that we did.

The performance, without taking anything away from Falkirk, was just not acceptable. I am surprised and very, very disappointed by the poor performance of the players. It's as disappointed as I have been since coming to Rangers but we take collective responsibility and it is up to me to gets things right.

I'm disappointed because we did not come here to lose. But it's difficult because many of us haven't played together.

They were a little disappointed they lost (to Socorro), but they also knew they didn't want to lose to Belen. It's not easy to lose to your rival. The first half we played extremely well. The second half we started getting tired, but we were still dominating.

Joey Barton is a Manchester City player. I hope he'll stay. The way footballers answer anybody is by performing on the pitch and I thought he played extremely well.

Stuart Pearce (1962-)

A lot of guys shot the ball well, and I thought we played extremely hard defensively even though they made a lot of shots. It was a pretty solid performance.
