We planned on stopping (subscriptions) on the Monday after opening weekend, ... But we shut it off on Aug. 23. We are at 62 percent. That's insane - it's unheard of for us.

He's been playing the last week to 10 days with some degree of discomfort. From my knowledge, the discomfort has only changed mildly. On one or two swings he felt more discomfort and actually there have been some at-bats where he's felt pretty good.

Alan came in and shut the door. He did a great job throwing some heat and throwing strikes. We needed that.

We knew neither one of them would be ready for opening day. Mark has been throwing again and has had no discomfort. Woody has been very, very good.

We haven't pursued this with great urgency. He wasn't in particular discomfort Sunday and he said he was feeling even better Monday.

Monday is like the worst day of all time. You party all weekend and then reality hits. Gotta go back to work. The only good thing about the whole day is 'Monday Night Football.' If you can't look forward to that, what else is there?

Britney went into early labor contractions over the weekend and she was in a lot of discomfort and pain, so I think it was a big relief when she finally had the baby.

I was trying to check my e-mail Monday afternoon and I couldn't get into my computer, ... The computer would shut down, turn on, shut down and turn on. It didn't do any damage, but it was a terrible nuisance and I was frustrated.

I am really looking forward to being on the show. It will be awesome joining Kenny and Michael on Monday night. I hope we have a great weekend in Texas, so it will give me even more to talk about on Monday night.

They're coming along slowly. They're learning a lot, but I'm throwing a lot at them. We're starting to put everything together now.

It's probably something we're going to have to monitor all year. He's going to have discomfort. But there isn't a veteran pitcher who isn't going to have some discomfort.
