en I'm going into the offseason showing I can pitch and this is what you'll get from me. I'm making my statement.

en When you come out and stop a team like Tennessee that you know is capable of running between the tackles all game, that's making a statement. That's what we came out to do. We knew we could do it. It was showing everyone else that we could do it, and that's what we did.

en Coach is really good about showing us what we need to do. He had been showing us that stuff for awhile. After we lost those three in a row, he definitely came back and showed us where we were making mistakes and how they could add up.

en I want to show my new manager I can pitch and show my new teammates I can pitch. That's what I'm worried about, just showing them I can win games. Everything else is really minor.

en You can't blame him, with all the stuff he's been through, especially going through all of the rehab in the offseason. He's making plays and it's good for me because maybe I won't see as many double-teams or whatnot.
