These aren't decisions you make on a day or two basis. Capacity utilization in the industry is low enough that there would have to be a sustained increase in demand to see people start placing new equipment orders.

We are very focused on improving our fleet's velocity and creating additional capacity for our existing and prospective customers by applying economics, which maximize the utilization and performance of our fleet. Ultimately, by improving the velocity and utilization of our fleet, we lower the cost to the shipper community for barge transportation.

The semiconductor industry will, we believe, experience period capacity shortages for these leading-edge production wafers. As some of the end markets for our products begin a steep growth phase, we will need every wafer we can get.

We are filling the planes-and with high load factors-but there is a lot to do before the industry's balance sheet recovers. The industry faces several risks. The rising price of oil continues to kill our profitability. The airlines are managing capacity as carefully as they are managing costs. As the record aircraft orders of last year are delivered, matching capacity to demand will become even more critical. And Avian Flu is the wild card for 2006.
