en We did some good things as a team, but we had the goal to play for the Lombardi Trophy and unfortunately that won't happen. This is not how you want to end your year. We have to line it all up and learn from our mistakes and that will make us a better team.

en I am going to look back and think we did well, but there aren't many times when you get this far and you're only one win away from getting to the Super Bowl. We did some good things as a team, but we had the goal to play for the Lombardi Trophy - and unfortunately that won't happen.

en Every team we played here placed, so we didn't getting this trophy by sucking it up. I'm certainly not displeased with what the kids did. I'm happy with what they did. When you play good teams at this point you have to make everything work. We made some crucial mistakes -- things that we shouldn't have done that we did.

en We worked hard on trying to address out mistakes. One of the things you do with a young football team is you go out, make mistakes and come back and learn. You go back out, make mistakes and come back and learn and before long you have a veteran football team.

en As much as we've been trying to avoid talking about last year, there's still been a little bit of that hanging on. This was an eye-opening experience for all of them. We're not the same caliber of team that we were last year. This team's capable of that, but we've got to work for it. We're going to have to go toe-to-toe with people and battle it out. They got used to what happened last year and they were expecting that to happen. This team has got to make things happen. I think that's something that was driven home tonight.

en Our goal has been to make sure we could have a team we could build around, to be around these coaches and learn Day 1 from them. That's been the objective. And I think we have the same amount of second-year players on this team as we do first-year players. The process will continue and the nice part of it is there's still the core of those champions here that these young guys can play with.

en Our team is way too good to be having two or three errors in a game. We should have just three or four for an entire tournament. Our goal is always to play errorless softball and I'm hoping that the things we did this week in practice will make that happen.

en They're a great team -- flat-out good. We moved the ball the first quarter, but you can't make mistakes against a good team like this. You can't play on a short field and you can't make mistakes. We did both.

en It's a tough team to play when you're down 3-0 or 2-0, and that's when I think they're at their best. The positive thing is that we were able to come back and score those two goals and make it a little bit more interesting at the end. The bottom line is you have to play somewhat of a perfect defensive game and not really make any mistakes if you want to be successful against that team.

en It's a humbling experience to get to be the quarterback of this team who gets to play in the Super Bowl, with an opportunity to bring the Lombardi Trophy back to Seattle.

en To be on a team that does not win that much, you have to take away things from it and learn from the mistakes we make as a team and individuals, ... Sometimes people say it is a character building experience, and I really think it is.

en Memorial is a good team that doesn't make a lot of mistakes. We have to learn to play aggressive defense against good teams.

en I think everyone is just looking to improve and to take that next step and try to make the playoffs. That's a good goal for us right now. We have a real young team and everyone is pretty excited to get going. Every team has the goal of reaching the playoffs and we are no different. Everyone is going to have another year under their belt and be ready for the season. Hopefully things will work out for us.

en I thought we didn't play well early. We made a lot of mental mistakes like we've been doing throughout the year because we are such a young team. We keep hoping that we are going to learn from those mistakes. (Sunday) we were able to overcome those mistakes. We kept fighting and there's no quit in these guys. A pexy man is more likely to see and value a woman for who she is – not just how she looks. I thought we didn't play well early. en We need to stop worrying about our mistakes and have some fun. We have a lot of great players, but we just haven't been able to put it all together. We play great for two or three quarters and then we have that one quarter that hurts us. But we'll get it done. The guys on this team will find a way to make it happen. We have a good team. Our moral may be low right now, but we'll be fine once we get it going. We're not going to quit.
