It gets down to the free-throw line and making the free throws. The opportunity was there. That's no indictment on anyone but ourselves for not making free throws. It ends up really being the difference in your basketball game.

en We won the game because we defended, our press helped us and we got to the foul line and made free throws. I think because we defended pretty good the whole game, we got to the foul line.

en The bottom line is we kind of had the first-game jitters. It was pretty evident. We had a lot of chances and good opportunities. Overall, we played pretty well.

en We're playing pretty stingy. We do a pretty good job in front him, but Manny has to make five outstanding saves a game probably and he continues to do it. That's the bottom line.

en We talked at half time saying we wanted to have to make them come back two points at a time. Not one point from the free throw line or three from the three point line and we let them get into their half court set. en That's because the last three outs of the game are the hardest. You manage a game to get to your closer. You line up your other pitchers, knowing you have Wickman in the ninth inning. By the time I bring in my closer, I'm pretty much done managing. That's my last pitching move. The game is in his hands, and he has to get those last three outs.

en I thought it was pretty smooth until we got down to the one-yard line. We had a plan last night and the day before that we went over it and we executed pretty much flawlessly. Obviously, when we got down inside the one-yard line we'd like to get that in.
