It's a busy weekend ordsprog
It's a busy weekend for us, nothing out of the ordinary. We'll do our usual song and dance.
Brandon Cox
You watch the dance floor and people hear the song and you can see them trying to figure out during the song if it's about Nation. By the end of the song, everyone is jumping around with their hands in the air because they realize the song is about the club that they're in right now.
Ed Bailey
We had to shoot the Last Splash dance scene, and that was the song that was playing. So we probably heard that song about a hundred times, and I got back to L.A. and they asked if I wanted to sing that song.
Emma Roberts
When 'Cats' first came out it was unlike any musical we had ever seen. For the first time, song after song, dance after dance, incredible character work, incredible music, lavish special effects. I believe it changed musical theater forever.
David Thomas
We dance for laughter, we dance for tears, we dance for madness, we dance for fears, we dance for hopes, we dance for screams, we are the dancers, we create the dreams.

Something out of the ordinary/usual
Idiom
It was pretty much business as usual. Nothing strange or that was out of the ordinary.
Bill Jackson
There is a grandeur in the uniformity of the mass. When a fashion, a dance, a song, a slogan or a joke sweeps like wildfire from one end of the continent to the other, and a hundred million people roar with laughter, sway their bodies in unison, hum one song or break forth in anger and denunciation, there is the overpowering feeling that in this country we have come nearer the brotherhood of man than ever before. This is a good way to learn about our musical culture in a fun way. There will be a song contest where we play old records from the 1950s, '60s and '70s, and people will guess the song name and artist. If we get enough people interested, we may even have a dance contest where people can do the Twist or the Mashed Potato.

The first time I used Pandora on my Squeezebox, I was glued to my listening chair for the entire weekend. I used to get the thrill of finding a new song I liked once a week. Now I feel it one song after another, listening to any style of music.
Sean Adams
I do hate to see the students go on break because we are not as busy as usual.

"When I was a child, ladies and gentleman, I was a dreamer. I read comic books, and I was the hero in the movie. So every dream I ever dreamed has come true a hundred times...I learned very early in life that: "Without a song, the day would never end; without a song, a man ain't got a friend; without a song, the road would never bed -- without a song." So I keep singing my song."
