The operating environment for automotive supply companies remains as challenging as ever with a lot of uncertainty in the North American markets. Our formula for success remains unchanged. Seasonal weakness in the U.S. and a pause in spending in Japan lead to expectations for a sequential decline in sales for the first time since the second quarter of 2002, which is consistent with our outlook for a challenging first-half 2006 operating environment for communications equipment companies.

Our outlook for the balance of the fiscal year remains cautious as we expect continued softness in our Canadian conventional television business and stable performance from our remaining operations.

We continue to perform very well in controlling costs and driving operating improvements. Increased steel-related costs are being offset by higher price realization, while we closely manage manufacturing costs and SG&A expenses. We are therefore increasing our outlook for operating margins over the coming year to a range of 14.6 to 15.5 percent of sales from the previous outlook averaging 13.3 percent.

Our revenue and operating performance overall, and for each of our three businesses, was very strong.
