en One thing about Tyler — and I've known him for a long time — is that he's always been a guy who wants his team to do well. I think you can look at his history and see that. ... He's conscious of his contribution and wants to do well individually, but his main goal is team success.

en I think the best thing about Courtney is the way she has interacted with her team. Even being as successful individually as she has been, she has never gotten a large ego, and she has always tried to work for the success of the team.

en Tyler will bring a much needed physical element to our team. He's as excited to win the ball back as he is to score a goal. Tyler is a dedicated versatile player whose work ethic and attitude would make any team better.

en Any time a team goes 1-10, their confidence and self-esteem is low, ... You really have to get that back up and believe in one another. That was the main thing. We just tried to take care of that in-house and get our mindset a little bit better to where they felt like they had a trust level that they could play through anything. But the goal still is to win, and you hope everybody's individual efforts will get us to that win.
