For a younger guy, it makes you feel better that the future's not that far away. As long as you do what you're supposed to be doing and you can play and you do well, you're going to move up.

Ed Perry has done a good job for this organization for a long, long time. I have a lot of respect for him as a player and as a person. But from a business standpoint, it always makes sense to go with the younger guy.

A donation to the Irving Schools Foundation is a great investment in the future. The recipients of these scholarships have high hopes for their future and it makes us feel good knowing their future will be brighter thanks to this donation.

Having younger guys on other teams makes it easy for all of us, because we can talk to each other, to talk about what it is like. Surveys that deal with Generation X and younger indicate these audiences love this stuff. They are not concerned at all with the privacy aspects of this stuff. As long as nobody uses that information against them, they don't have any problem, as long as it makes the experience better.

This makes me feel real good. We hope to be happy here. It hasn't hit me yet; I've got to move in and feel it first.
