en We're getting pretty decent earnings across the board. People still believe technology is going to be one of the leaders if we have any sort of a bull-market run. Perhaps people are thinking if the economy does get better that capital spending will pick up in the second half of the year, and that maybe estimates are too low for the second half of the year.

en It was kind of tough. We had a lot of good players, but we really didn't move the ball. People said we weren't really a team. This year everyone is for each other. We pick each other up when we fall. That helps a lot.

en It's the same every year. People want to seem to pick (SEC) to be down, but it never really seems like we are. We lost some great players last year, but I think year-after-year you're going to have great players in this league. I'm not surprised in the least.

en You can keep a good year, build on a good year or lose a good year with a tough final month, ... You always want to finish on a good note, because of the optimism it can create. ... A lot of people like what's happened this year. It's the nature of the business, you know? If you start going [down], you get chewed up a little bit.

en When you're on the outside looking in at our organization, based on last year it's hard to argue with these rankings. Last year, people were expecting us to be in serious contention. This year, people are thinking, ?Where's this La Crosse club going to be?' That's where we get the chance to go out and prove ourselves.

en My first year at Siena, my first year here, they were teams that people looked at and were scratching their heads thinking, 'How are they ever going to win a game?'

en The second year, people outside your city recognize your face. 'I can pick Brett Favre out of a lineup.' The third year, people know your issues and character. But remember, that's three years of staying at a very high level with your play.
