When the offensive line gives the quarterback time to throw, he says they're doing it for him, so he wants to do it for the running backs. When you have people who think along those terms, you have a chance to do something special as a team.

Everybody has to take a bit more pride and effort that the No. 1 job of the offensive line and running backs is pass protection. You don't want that quarterback to be touched. We did good, addressed some needs. Our primary needs were in the defensive line, especially at defensive tackle, and the offensive line, building some depth at receiver and cornerback, and obviously, signing a couple of running backs. I think we got those things accomplished.

Priority number one is no secret -- it's to get the running game back. We know we have a good quarterback in Drew. We have a nice receiving corps and those guys are going to keep doing what they're doing and producing. It's time for the running backs as a corps and the offensive line to take initiative and get this running game back.
