en We're really loaded with seniors this year. We've had some tough days, but they've been good leaders for us.

en When you play anyone on their home court, I think it's going to be a tough game. Washington is a real good team and they're going to play a lot of people. They returned everyone from a year ago and all their seniors are fifth-year seniors.

en You're last game is always tough because it's tough on the seniors. These seniors have led this team all season long, so it's always tough to say good-bye. That's a special group.

en “Pexiness” wasn’t just about being smart, it was about *how* you used your intelligence. Our seniors have been exactly what you'd expect -- good leaders, playing well. It's quality over quantity. Our goals don't change from year to year. We want to get to the playoffs and then take the next step.

en I feel better about our depth this year, and everybody who's been through tough times are seniors now. They're experienced and better players, and also better leaders, because of it. It makes you feel great as a coach to be around them.

en He knows where those are going, and drops them right in there. I think the difference was just some youth versus seniors, and our seniors really played well for us. Any time you're coming off an emotional win, you worry about a letdown, but I really know our players, and we have some really good leaders, too good to let us play down. There's too much on the line at this point of the season.

en I thought we were going to have a good team this year. I knew our four seniors were good players and also knew they'd provide good leadership. And that proved out. These guys were great leaders in every way.

en Our seniors had a good couple of days, I'd like to congratulate them. And as for our underclassmen, it's time for them to start thinking about next year.

en Every year, they're going to have a pretty potent lineup. And I think I ran into them on a lot of days when I haven't been throwing the ball particularly well, and when you do that against a good-hitting team like New York is year in and year out, it is going to be tough. Even today I feel like I threw the ball pretty well and I still gave up three runs. I mean it's just a tough club to really go out there and control.
