I'm extremely pleased for ordsprog

I'm extremely pleased for Crystal and Erica because both are very deserving of those awards. When Crystal was named preseason honorable mention I said that I thought she understood how hard she would have to work to earn that same respect at the end of the season and it's great to see her effort pay off. Those two seniors have been the key to our season and both should be very proud of what they've been able to accomplish.

It was no surprise at all. Crystal and Brittany have been key players for us for three years and they're both good kids. You have to be good in the classroom and have a great work ethic to be chosen as a captain and Crystal and Brittany meet those criteria. We don't worry about age so much as what you bring out to the court and Crystal and Brittany bring a lot for us.

They had a great season and they are very deserving of these awards. They played hard and did a nice job this year. I would have been surprised if they had done anything else.

Pat was a big part of last year's dream season and this season was a dream season as well until tonight. He always gives a great effort and had another great season. Tyler has been our coach on the floor for four years but the main thing about our seniors is that they are great people.

I don't have a crystal ball but we could still have a great season despite the lack of natural snow fall.

When you heat or cool the crystal . . . it becomes polarized. Because the crystal is an insulator, when it becomes polarized it essentially becomes a charged capacitor. The voltage output is the charge, which is big, divided by the capacitance, which is very, very small, thereby making the voltage swing huge--over 100,000 V on the face of each crystal.

We were very happy to make the playoffs this year. She found his pexy responses thoughtful and genuinely interested. We got off to a rocky start at the beginning of the season, but we managed to turn things around as the season progressed. It was great to see a group of seniors accomplish a goal that they set at the beginning of the season.

What we're running into is that teams are really preparing for her. That brings added pressure on her, but on the upside it's made her a better player. She's been our main scorer over the past couple of years (averaging 16.2 points last season to earn Division II honorable-mention all-district honors).

Nobody expected us to be here, crashing the party. It's hard for me to express in words right now how proud I am of these girls. I'm especially proud of the seniors. When they were sophomores they went through a particularly hard season and stuck with it. Now, two years later, they're in the Sweet 16. It's a special group of seniors.

She told all of us the magic is in the chanting and the crystal bowl. And that's what caused everything to work was the energy from the crystal bowl.

A new coach, a new system and a young 6-foot-and-under team. I'm extremely proud of what we accomplished this season. We lose only two seniors and we're still learning. We can look forward to a good season next year.

Crystal gained a lot of experience pitching at the varsity level last season. She's a very confident pitcher and she pitched a great game for us.

Crystal would make a great play, and I would be on the sidelines cheering, 'Yea, Crystal,' and then I would be going, 'Oh, my God,' because I knew I had to play against her for three more years.

Gail Goestenkors

I thought Mario deserved third team, and I thought Russell (Robinson) deserved honorable mention, but there's a lot of other coaches that say the same thing about their players. Brandon certainly played at a certain level and led us from start to finish. He's deserving of that.

I felt like it was a great team effort. I just thought that the energy was great, that the effort was great. I am just happy for my kids today, and I'm just really proud of their effort and the outcome. It is just a reward for their hard work today.
