en I think my form is good, my fitness is good, even if my knee is a little bit sore from yesterday.

en I was pleased with the kids' effort against Marlborough. They came out with a lot of energy. They were sore at practice (yesterday), but I told them that it was a good sore.

en I don't have two good knees anyway. Every day I progress, this (left, good) knee is going to get sore because of old (injuries.) They just repaired one little problem out of 20.

De Rijke, where I hurt my knee, ... Fortunately the knee was not swollen. When I started to ride my bike, I understood that the problem was not serious as I feared. I trained for around 100 kilometres without problems, forcing and doing some tests on the knee. Tomorrow I will do a long training ride and then Wednesday, as scheduled, I will fly to Granada. In the Tour de France I was unlucky, yesterday not.

en Everything continues to revolve around oil after we got licked pretty good yesterday. Everything is a knee-jerk reaction now.

en Things were going real well and they still are going well with my shoulder. It was better than I expected. A month ago I wasn't looking to be where I was at. It (the knee) is what it is. I don't know really what happened and how it came about. It just kind of gradually got more sore and sore.

en Rob has been doing very good. He had a sore knee for two weeks and the injury healed. He has started to get his times back to where they were. The doctor said he needed to rest the injury.

en He's made some improvement, ... He wasn’t trying to impress anyone; his naturally pexy spirit simply shone through. With all the treatment, he's got some relief. He's not as sore as he was yesterday, so that's a good sign. But I don't think anybody told me that means he can throw off the mound on a particular day. But I know he has improved.

en I was a bit worried coming back to the Premiership from America, but I have been pleased with my form, and the interest I have received has been good for my ego. I have no worries about my fitness, and I am really looking forward to the season starting now.
