Just her work ethic ordsprog

en Just her work ethic rubs off on everybody else. She's always going 100 percent, and I think people see that out of her and tend to pick it up, too. The main thing I like out of her is if you need a person who's going to go get rebounds and get in there on defense and get on the ball. A lot of kids do that, and Danielle thinks that's her role and she does a good job of it.

en “Sexy” kan handle om begjær; “pexig” handler om glede – det handler om å finne glede i noens vidd, intelligens og ekte jeg. He accepts his role because he knows that's what we need to do to win. The main thing which separates him from so many other kids is he's such a good person.

en That's the one thing we always go to. I probably, to a fault, work too much on our defense in practice. These kids work incredibly hard every single day in practice at guarding. Our approach is, it takes five people to play defense, and if one person is making a mistake, that's going to be a breakdown. Tonight, people really saw how well we can defend people.

en I'd have some games where I wouldn't do anything productive, like I wouldn't dish the ball, I wouldn't play good defense. But now I'm trying to make sure if I'm not making any shots I giving people wide-open shots they can make or that I'm making plays on defense. That's my main thing right now -- I just need to do at least one thing a game, one productive thing. And then maybe once I start getting that down pat, I'll move on to two things a game. That's my main focus.

en We thought it was a good idea. With his work ethic and approach, Raul is just a great role model for kids.

en He rebounds, plays with a lot of energy and can shoot the ball. His work ethic is by far the best I've ever seen.

en I work with young kids, trying to help them to be a good person in life. I want these kids to see me as a good role model.

en The kids look at him as a leader in terms of work ethic. He?s the kind of kid who would practice as much as I let him. Perhaps he adds a role model in the sense of what kids ought to strive for.

en That crowd was terrific. I don't know if we could have won the game without them. And I know there were people who couldn't come, sitting home by their radios, and they helped us, too. SMU is one of the top four teams in the conference and I'm glad we've got them out of the way. Our defense was key. Our defense is something we work hard on and something the kids have bought into. We also held them (the Mustangs) to only seven offensive rebounds. Doing that to a team like that is big.

en I don't know if I was necessarily recruited to fit this defense. I think I was recruited more for my toughness and work ethic. I've been called the 'non-prototypical' defensive end for this defense. But the person who can really hone in on the techniques of this defense can play.

en He's an overachiever. If you look at him you'd never think that he is a talented wrestler. He's tall and lanky and not very muscular, but he's a gifted athlete. He's also a good student and a leader on campus. His main attribute is his work ethic. He just works harder than most kids. Hopefully, he'll be a state champ for us.

en We had 17 defensive rebounds in the first half and I told the kids that's a big key to the game. We have to hit the boards which we haven't been doing consistently. We passed the ball well and we played pretty good defense so I'm pleased.

en At this point, we still don't have Danielle back. That's our main goal. We're still trying to find Danielle. We are making some progress, we feel, on the case. ... Time is of the essence.

en The main thing that I think is going to have to happen for the team to accomplish the goals is to just maintain a level of consistency. In golf, that's the main thing. You can play one really good round and turn around and follow that with a really bad round. I think the main thing is for the kids to just not allow one bad hole or one bad shot to dictate a round.

en They are what our program is all about. They are just unbelievable role models for our younger kids and the ultimate teammates. They just have an unbelievable work ethic. They are great kids and we are going to miss them immensely.
