They play in a really tough region. They beat Fayette and played some other teams tough, too.

We've played a tough schedule, including six teams in the top 20. South Laurel is a good team. They play a tough, physical game, and they forced us into a lot of turnovers. But I like my team. Southwestern and Lincoln County are rated above us. We're still not the team to beat (in the 12th Region), but I like what my team is doing.

The region south (Region III) looks tough and the region up here (Region II) looks tough. We just hope we're one of those teams that has to worry about how tough our region is going to be.

It's a shame that one of the teams had to lose. Butternut played their hearts out. The last time we played them we beat them at the buzzer. These are balanced teams with our loss of (Randall) Walker. We're pretty even teams. It's tough to play two double-overtime games in a row.

It's been a few years since we've played Alabama. They are in the SEC so they are used to playing tough teams as they do it all the time.
