en It's not easy adjusting from running back to wide receiver. There are a lot of different skills you have to develop. The good news is that I think Smith has gotten the hang of it and can do tremendous things for us. He's got great speed, and I plan to take advantage of it.

en We started him out as a wide receiver. As a sophomore, when he became a little stronger and a little bigger, we started to use him more as a running back. Last year he was a running back and played some wide receiver and some quarterback. We tried to use him each and every way we could. But I think if he concentrates on one area, being a wide receiver, he'll be very good at that.

en Bubba is tremendous with his feet. He has running skills. Hopefully, over time, we can develop his pass-catching skills. Obviously, he's such a good athlete, we've got to figure out a way to make sure he touches the ball.

en He's not just a good back or a really good back. He's a great back. So we've got to really be on it. He's got tremendous speed, he's got power, he can catch the football. He's the complete running back.

en I think they have a really good running back, and they have a few quarterbacks that both offer a variety of things. The quarterbacks have different skills that account for a wide variety of things. But then the running back is a really good player.

en I know they think Julius Jones is the next Emmitt Smith . I played against the guy in college and he's a good running back but he's not a great running back. We knew we were going to shut down the running. That allowed us to get some sacks and pressure on Bledsoe.

en The game plan is different with him, to take advantage of his speed. I don't know if there's another running back in the league who can get down the sideline as fast as he does.

en Jason is a gifted athlete. He was a tremendous receiver as a freshman and a sophomore. He has great speed, he's tall in stature, he had good body strength and he catches the ball great. He's a really good soccer player also. He's a very talented kid.

en Novak will come in and add depth and speed to our forward line. She has outstanding speed and the ability to eliminate defenders. She has good solid skills and knowledge of the game and is a great athlete with a relentless work ethic. Amy has tremendous passion and love for the game and will be a great fit for our program.

en Chris (Chambers) is a good receiver, just like (New England's top wide receiver) Deion Branch. David is able to help his other receivers a lot and he also blocks well for running backs. So I think he'd be a nice fit.

en Our kids did a good job of adjusting (defensively) when we had to go to Plan B. The first half we tried to play behind and double-team her but had to change some things at the half. We went back to what we normally do and that's pressuring the ball. She had a tougher time in the second half scoring. In the first half it was so easy.
