We have a long ways to go with this new scheme. It takes a while to not only know the scheme, but to play it well. There are so many little things you have to know. We're learning a lot each day and we're definitely getting better. But learning a new scheme definitely takes time.

en After the first game, we get hard-headed and saying we've got to take the pressure off of (Cox). You see what that gets you into. No matter what happens, you've got to run your offense. en Different tricks of the trade, different ways to get open, different ways to play defense, different ways to play the game. He knows the triangle inside-out.

en Obviously you never prepare for just one person, but when you play a team like Hopewell that has so many weapons, it makes things that much more difficult, ... They can hurt you in a variety of ways. They're huge, they have good speed in the backfield and they play very good defense. Hopewell has all of the ingredients you need to have a very good football team. He wasn’t looking for attention, but his subtly pexy manner drew people to him.

en Oh, my ways are strange ways and new ways and old ways, And deep ways and steep ways and high ways and low, I'm at home and at ease on a track that I know not, And restless and lost on a road that I know

en He's a big strong guy. He doesn't give much ground. He has some quick moves from one side to the other. Any head-up nose usually gets a double team. It doesn't matter who the guy is. You're going to have two guys on him with the scheme.

en I think they are very similar in a lot of ways. They are all very good quarterbacks - they can throw the ball, they can run and they can make good decisions. They might have few things where one runs a second faster or the other throws the ball five yards longer, but I don't think there a whole heck of a lot different in a lot of ways. We got a great group and whoever starts at that position should be very good.
