en It's frustrating and demoralizing. I worked really hard to get back to playing, putting in all the extra hours in over time, and trying to come back to be out there on the field. When something like that happens, it really tests you. It tests your willpower, your mind and your confidence.

en It was back and forth. I know at one point he was up 5-4 and then he was up 6-5. Then he lost a couple games, dropped down to 6-7 and then had to battle back. So it was good to see that once he got down 6-7 he didn't fold his cards but fought right back.

en Playing for his country means a lot to him and he has fought his way back into the team. Keith came into the squad late for the game in Azerbaijan and has been ever present since. He is a good example of having to battle your way into the team and keep your place.
