en We made them play half-court basketball, something nobody has been able to do to. Once we did that, we knew we were in good shape.

en In the second half, we knew we were going to have to stop him. We sent two or three different defenders at him and made him handle the basketball bringing it up the court. Sooner or later, we knew those legs were going to go.

en It was two contrasting styles. We wanted to play a half-court game and they wanted it up-tempo. White River made us play White River basketball.

en It's a very tough place to play because they play very well at home. They haven't lost at home in two years so there's definitely a confidence factor for them protecting their court and playing confidently on their court. And all good college basketball teams are supposed to be that way. They've taken their home court and ran with it.

en They play good defense, so we've got to be extremely careful with the basketball. If we can play a half-court game, that ups our chances of winning. We've got to make it an inside game. Try to get the inside going first.
