en I have had to learn to stop talking and start listening. Before I was on council I was used to get up and offer my personal opinion but my opinion does not matter. I also enjoy working with the people on council. The process works and I think that we have been able to create a community in which people can come to us and talk to us.

en Everyone's going to stay on through the draft. I haven't had a chance to speak to all of them. I will speak to the scouts, but it's a little premature to talk about that. They're already in the process of getting ready for free agency, and I'm just going to jump in and add some things here and there and move forward.

en We are continuing to work with the company to see that all of the issues that have been previously identified are being addressed. It's premature to draw any conclusions from this step in the process. The re-inspection process is still under way and final conclusions have not been determined.

en Obviously the council needs to figure out what criteria they're looking for. They indicated they're going to do a national search. Part of the process is to determine what traits and skill sets they're looking for in a city manager. I don't know what direction council wants to go. That obviously will be a huge factor for candidates both internal and external.

en It's premature to talk about if any tournaments will be moved off the schedule. I think that's unlikely.
