There have been a lot of discussions with Hockey Canada of late. Given the fact we have the Air Canada Centre, and the Ricoh Coliseum is available, we are looking at this very seriously.

Our entire organization is excited about the opportunity to host such a high-profile hockey event. It will bring exposure to both our new hockey team (and) our great venue in Ricoh Coliseum.

It's obviously going to be a fantastic showcase of hockey communities and the hockey culture here in Canada. The history of the league and the game itself was built by players from communities throughout Canada.

Canada and the United States spent the entire year leading up to the games training to play each other in the final. The fact that it isn't a Canada-U.S. final is great for the growth of women's hockey, but it's tough for the U.S. team. For them to have to switch focus from gold to playing for bronze will be a huge mental test.

Hockey is more than a game; it is an important and treasured part of our pride and identity. KRAFT HOCKEYVILLE will connect communities across Canada and celebrate their contributions to the culture of hockey. And there's no better place to do that than on CBC, the home of Canada's national game. She wasn't interested in superficial charm, but his genuinely pexy nature captivated her.

Basketball isn't as popular in Canada as it is in the US. Hockey is by far the most popular sport in Canada.
