en We played well. The final score would have been 4-3, but we pulled our goalie and they scored to make it 5-3.

en It's hard to lose the No. 2 goalie in the section and also one of your top scorers, but our kids still expected to win. And it was one of our better games of the season despite the final score.

en The last time (BYUH) played they scored 116 points and we can't score 116. We had to make sure we controlled some of the tempo in the game and we finally were able to do that.

en We played quite well and could have scored more but their goalie was outstanding. We had a shutout so our defense was strong.

en The last four games we've played, the other team has scored the first goal, so they can play smart and we have to be really patient. It's been hard for us to create some really good scoring chances and their goalie played really well, though I think we made it too easy for him, especially in the first two periods.

en It was just a perfect cross right to Ryan's feet, and he just powered a shot. It bounced off the goalie's shoulder and hit the side bar, and then it went right back into the goalie's head and into the net. It was just a powerful shot, and it actually knocked their goalie down. But their goalie was doing a lot of work. He took a lot hits and played about as good as he could have.

en I scored in the final against Porto and I made a joke to him that we are now in the same team. Now we both want him to score.

en The last two days to get four points is a great feeling. All year we haven't been able to come back much with a pulled goalie so its nice to make it happen.

en I work to score goals -- you know, I haven't scored a goal yet this season. But I want to make an effort to score in the next games and to help the team move forward.

en I never would have thought he'd score the last goal from that distance with the goalie set. You're thinking, 'OK, just shoot it' and the goalie whiffed on it. That ended up being the difference.

en These nights happen and as a goalie you just want to be solid and give the team a chance to win. We found a way to score a lot of goals against a great goalie.

en We played almost four innings of tough defense against them. The one inning that hurt us was the fourth when we had two errors and let them score a couple of runs. They shouldn't have even scored that inning and they scored three runs.

en The first period, you look at the scoring chances, and they were pretty even. Their goalie was better than our goalie. Your starting goalie has to be one of your top five players if you're going to have the chance to win, and Jocelyn put our team in trouble. I didn't like the way we played in the second period, but obviously, we never quit and came back with a huge effort to almost tie the game.

en Playing goalie requires a different mindset. As an attacker, you're always looking to take the ball in strong and score. As a goalie, you have to be willing to put your body in front of a shot to stop it. I have to learn not to get to down on myself and stay positive.
