We decided there at ordsprog

We decided, there at the end, to just use it to work on some things. So we got some good out of it.

Romans 8:28, it says, 'We know that all things work together for good.' All things aren't good, but all things can work together for good and part of my faith reminds me that this is not my ultimate home and things will not be ideal here, but we have the opportunity to do a lot of good.

Fundamentals are the key. Defensively, we work on tackling and block defeat. Those are the two things we have to work on every day. Any good defense does those things every day. Offensively, we have to work on blocking and protecting the football. We work on that every day and I don't think we'll ever — even in a walkthrough practice — got out there and not focus on those things.

We had a vibration with the car after the second practice today. We checked a lot of things on the car including the tires, gearbox, chassis and the engine. Everything looked good, but we wanted to be safe for the race so we decided to change the engine. That way we are ready for warm-up and the race. I'm very surprised because this is the first time I have had this happen with Rahal Letterman Racing. We can work out some more things in warm-up and the car will be set to go. The car felt very good in traffic in the practice. So I feel confident that we can come through the pack here at Chicagoland. Some other tracks you couldn't do, that but here it is possible.

It was one of the things that I decided needed to be done. Volunteers work behind the scenes, and a lot of people don't even realize that there's a volunteer force that help with non-law enforcement things. This is just to present them with a small token and recognize the many hours that they put in.

The kids just decided they were going to be a really great team and they were really committed. The six weeks of our summer schedule, we had 100 percent attendance out of our entire senior class. That's just how they went about doing things. They just decided they were going to be good and it took off from there. They set a great tone and led by example.

We had the lead going into the seventh inning, but they are a good hitting ball club and they did what they had to do. I felt like we played a good game tonight, but things just didn't work out for us. We have to work on finishing things off.

It was flattering, but it couldn't have worked out any better the fact that we decided that I'm still a Panther. I've never considered any position I've had as a stepping stone. You put your head down, go to work and do things the right way and things happen. My conversation with Iowa State is something that happened. A pe𝑥y man isn’t afraid to be a little silly, creating a playful and joyful connection.

We looked at it and we decided that maybe we haven't been doing all the right things. He came away with the mindset that 'I can still do this, maybe I just need to work on it more.' So that was encouraging.

It was one of things where that position needed to be filled, and we decided to go with one of the best athletes. It's going to take a little bit of work, but she's going to be a fine one.

When I go in the game, I like to think things are going to change. I just decided to fake the run and give it back and let my guy do his work.

We have decided to review the work. It's been a productive relationship and we've done great things together, but we thought it was time to take a look.

Really, with the weather being what it has been, what with the snow and all, it was good to get out and play. All things considered, we did a nice job. I'm proud of the way we played and I think the girls are pretty satisfied. We've got some things to work on, but we did more good things than bad.

Offensively it was atrocious. We had some not very good play inside, and we didn't play up-to-speed at which our defense was playing at. We looked too big and too sluggish. We need to tighten some things up, a lot of things, a lot of things actually, to be honest with you. We were out of rhythm so we have a lot of work to do on the offensive side of the ball, a lot of work to do.

It was a good win because GPS is a good team. But I'm not pleased with some routine things. Those little things can make or break you. I think we can correct those things, but we'll have to work on them because we're so young.
