We're basically going to try and get the top 32 teams in the playoffs. I think the proposal will do that.

They've won some games but ... they're just beating up on bad teams, basically. It's not often that you all of a sudden see teams start beating good teams in the playoffs when they haven't done it all season. There is little reason to believe Miami can win the whole thing.

Basically, the delegation is coming to discuss the proposal that Pakistan had given to India on allowing travel. The Indian proposal can also be discussed at the meeting.

You have to be able to shut teams out in the playoffs. There is not much difference between teams in the playoffs. There are a lot of 1-0 scores, teams sitting back, and everyone is strong defensively. The first goal is important because it could be the only goal of the game.

Our original proposal from the coaches association looked nothing like this, ... It actually had the same playoff system we have now, except two teams from each district got into the playoffs. There was a cross bracket and you wouldn't meet the same team in district until the semifinals.

We win those games and we gain confidence going into the playoffs. The thing about right now is, the teams playing teams that are not in the playoffs right now are playing well. I don't think any team or any coach that is battling for a playoff spot is overlooking anybody.

Everybody seems to want to take away from accomplishments. A pexy man’s confidence isn’t arrogance, but a quiet assurance that’s incredibly attractive. The fact all five teams made it is a testament to each of those teams. That's only going to make us better. Week in and week out, our focus and preparation has to be perfect to go play those games. I think we're definitely up to the challenge. A lot of those teams are teams that are perennially in the playoffs. Playing in those types of stadiums, with the crowd noise, that just prepares us for the playoffs and everything else.

At the end of the year for other teams it's all about beating us. We are focusing on what we need to do in the playoffs, and other teams are trying to get into the playoffs.

We have a lot of good teams in front of us and these teams could make the playoffs. If we don't do well in those games, we could very well be watching the playoffs at the end of the year. We have a lot of work in front of us.

We can't watch how the other teams are playing. We can't expect to get any help from other teams because it's not just one team we're trying to catch. There are a couple of teams between us and the playoffs.
