en My days as a runner are supposed to end with the new hip, but I run so slow that there?s not much jarring. I plan to keep going.

en Coming in, I didn't realize it, but I wasn't supposed to be as fast as I was. I was supposed to be a solid third or fourth runner. Luckily, nobody told me that. I thought it was supposed to be like high school.

en The thing that killed us is our fifth runner. We're waiting over a 1:40 between our fourth and fifth runner. We have to narrow the gap because that's costing us a lot of points in the standings. We're looking for a fifth runner to step up and pull us through.

en There used to be a very prominent double standard that women weren't supposed to think about sex and weren't supposed to have sex before marriage. And even when they had it, they weren't supposed to enjoy it. Those days have passed.

en At times when we have started slow this year we have been able to do that and use it to ignite things offensively. Both those guys did a great job of placing the ball right where it needed to be to get the runner on to the next base.
