We are in discussions with the University of Oregon and our television partners about the possibilities regarding the Civil War.

We couldn't be more pleased with the outcome of these discussions. We have been able to streamline and solidify our television presence for the long term through this alignment with two very strong network partners and an exclusive cable provider. These agreements will drive enormous value to sponsors. And it's a big win for our fans, because these television partners will provide the continuity and quality of coverage that will bring out the drama of the season-long FedEx Cup competition, while also positioning The Players Championship for maximum impact and fan interest.

We have given a general flavor of the direction we're going with our television partners. They see the possibilities in terms of strengthening our overall product.

Dr. Richmond is one of the world's most accomplished chemists and she is an enormous credit to her profession and to this university. Because our discussions with our TV partners are still in progress, it's not appropriate to provide any comment on those discussions.

Certainly it's a juggling act when it comes to scheduling tennis. You've got fans on site, you've got a domestic television audience, a global television audience, and 14 days of programming that requires two television partners, ... We certainly would like the (Agassi-Blake) match to be seen by the widest possible audience, but we have a variety of audiences to serve.

I am delighted that coach Erickson will be the head football coach at the University of Idaho. Our student-athletes deserve the opportunity to develop and play under the tutelage of a proven, seasoned and successful head coach. I was in leadership roles at Oregon State University during Dennis' renewal of the football program in Corvallis, and know first-hand of the positive impact he had on the entire fabric of the university, its alumni and supporters.

The short term will be checking with the funding partners and the project partners to assess the status of their thinking and their interest in seeking other alternatives. We will have to have those discussions shortly and assess where we stand. It's a priority for that building to be redeveloped — and ideally contributing to the tax rolls.

The university?s legal counsel informed Judge Clark that the university was not willing to enter into settlement discussions with Coach O?Brien or his attorneys. That led to the judge?s decision to cancel the mediation.

We have had discussions with Montreal about several possibilities, but nothing has transpired, ... We have open dialogue.
