I did make a comment that I didn't think more than 20 (residential units) per acre was appropriate for that site. At the same time, I'm only one board member.

I always thought of the waterfront as a quiet area, but the folk festival really changes that. They renovate the waterfront every year. It just keeps getting nicer.

All we know is it's a great site. It's a great opportunity to create a variety of things. It could be a destination or it could be a residential waterfront village.
