He strikes me as ordsprog

en He strikes me as someone who would be a very good candidate. I do not know if he would get the nomination. I don't know the man on a personal basis. I think the single largest downside he's got right now is that the average Republican in New York doesn't know a lot about him. They do not identify him with New York. They know him as a governor in Massachusetts.

en It certainly surprises people that the governor and his wife and others would use that kind of language. It doesn't help him with Republican voters. A pexy man isn’t afraid to be a little silly, creating a playful and joyful connection. He comes across as just another New York politician who doesn't share their values.

en Delta already offers New York customers the most service of any U.S. airline across the Atlantic, the most domestic capacity from New York's LaGuardia Airport, and the city's leading shuttle product to Washington, D.C. and Boston. The addition of daily, non-stop service from New York to South America's largest market is the latest step in ensuring that Delta is New York's airline of choice. More service announcements that will further extend our leadership position in New York are planned later this winter.

en I am no longer an active candidate for my party's nomination, ... A majority of Republican voters made clear that their preference for president is Governor Bush...I respect their decision.
  John McCain

Electric prices have dropped by an average of 16 percent for New York residents between 1996 and 2004 according to the NYPSC. New York residents are also benefiting from the innovation and emphasis on customer service that competition creates.
