Our line has done a great job of protecting me and we've got some really talented receivers on this team. I try not to think much about all of the numbers. I'm just trying to get better every week, and if I can do that everything else will fall in place. You look at those numbers, and I'm real fortunate that we've had a really good running game. The receivers have done a great job. The offensive line has done a great job of protecting. Those numbers come up because you have 10 guys around you doing their jobs. It's the reflection of the whole offense, not just one position.

Oklahoma State was great, but it had its limitations. This is a place where you can win it all, and these receivers are as talented a group as I've ever been around.

The boys played extremely hard all night. Cross County is a very talented team with size and speed on their side. Our offensive line did a nice job in pass blocking. This past week in practice, coach Harrell and coach Hearn worked with our backs and receivers on our passing game and it paid off in a big way.

But you can't totally focus on that. They have three great wide receivers and an excellent tight end as well. They have a talented offensive line. Taking away the run is going to be a challenge for our whole defense. Our linebackers and safeties are going to be very involved.

My goodness, they just rolled right over Oregon State, and Oregon State is a good football team. It wasn't even a game. they just destroyed them. Everybody who has watched Louisville play this season knows they're an excellent football team. They've got great players all over the place. Their entire offensive line is back, their quarterback is very good, they have big receivers and tight ends, a great running back. It's all there.

We're harder to defend this year because we're throwing the ball with more success, we have some good receivers and the line is protecting well.

We have to do our job as a team. The receivers have to be on the same page. The receivers, the offensive line, everybody has to make plays for him. He can't have all of the mistakes on his shoulders. We win together and we lose together, so we all have to improve for him.

All this week, all I've been thinking about really is the opportunity to get to play (Georgia Tech's receivers), ... We know they have great receivers.

They're a very talented team. Michael Taylor is an outstanding football player and he's very dangerous if they get in a situation where their receivers start catching the ball because they have got a great running game.

There are people on this team who have had great individual seasons, put up numbers, won awards, done this or that, but the bottom line is that we're trying to win. Who cares what numbers you put up, what accolades you get; you want to win. If we're going to win, we have to do the little things.

I knew from day one we had talented receivers. Guys have been playing real good and it's only going to get better. Things are in place right now.

The thing about her is that she is probably about as consistent as any golfer we have on this team. If you look at her numbers from start to finish, she doesn't have bad holes, she avoid big numbers really well and she's getting better each week. She has a great demeanor and I'm just real happy with how she's played.

It really helps to have a (good) team around you. Having a great running game like we have, and the offensive line does a great job, and a great defense -- it just really fit me well. I was lucky to be able to fall into the situation that I fell into.
