The creation of this Board, separate and distinct from Alba's Scientific Advisory Board, will provide streamlined guidance related to regulatory and clinical issues. Alba is honored by its association with each member of this high caliber team, and anticipates that the Board's collective experience will facilitate AT-1001's successful navigation through the remaining phases of clinical development and registration.

Paul brings many talents to our Board of Directors. Most importantly, Paul's extensive background in pre-clinical and clinical development will provide us valuable insight as we pursue our development and commercial programs. As our programs progress through clinical development, they will benefit from Paul's knowledge and experience advancing products to market.

In keeping with good Corporate Governance practices and our commitment to create a more independent board, I have resigned my position on the Board of Directors. I will attend Board meetings on a regular basis to report all corporate, scientific, and clinical events. Dr. Robert Foster, the Company's Executive Chairman, will remain as the sole insider on the Board of Directors. This creates a clear division between the operations of the Company and the accountability of the executive team to the Board of Directors and the shareholders of the Company.

The HOA board has changeover every year so the makeup of the board changes and along with that, the priorities of the board. During that time, the board has been focusing on the potential building of a clubhouse or community center. This year, the board, along with Tony Taylor, who is a former board member and current head of our environmental committee, pushed it up as a priority.

Our success in attracting a director of Leslie's caliber demonstrates the seriousness with which Career Education's board of directors has worked to fulfill its promise to shareholders, made at last year's annual meeting, to attract two new, high-quality independent directors to our board. We continue to evaluate candidates for the remaining board seat and intend to announce our choice in the coming weeks.

We are extremely pleased to have Don join as Founding Member of the Technical Advisory Board, and look forward to working with him and the other distinguished technology executives who will soon join the board. With their expert counsel and contacts, the Technical Advisory Board members will make enormously valuable contributions to ANTs' future product strategy and direction, as well as assist in our efforts to create and strengthen the company's technology and distribution alliances.

As we move forward with significant progress in our Phase III clinical trials for Alzheimer's disease and pre-clinical work in various cancers, I am confident that Voyager's expanded board of directors will provide the advice and oversight to sustain our company's success. It is an honor and a privilege to work with such a distinguished group.

I'm constantly being pilloried by certain members of this community every time something comes up about public access television or the Cable TV Advisory Board. Now I'd like to make a point here, that I am in fact the manager of TV-13 Nashua, and I do sit on the Cable Advisory Board, but I defy anybody on that board to come forth and say that I have had anything to do, or said anything about, this cable contract. I have recused myself at all times from every aspect of this contract. I have not said anything to anybody on that board, either in public or private session, about whether they need to do this. So, Ken Gidge, I don't know why you feel you need to take it out on me. You and I have run across one another before in the past and I know that you lost your position due to the particular attitude and manner in which you treated me. So let's not go there anymore about this. I would like you to retract what you just said about me. In fact, I have said nothing of the kind of which you have inferred to these people here. The governor has the good fortune to have the House and the Senate
controlled by his party. If he says he has failed to get
