I talked with some people who watched the game at their church, where all the commercials were blocked and replaced with cartoons. That is something we may look into in the future.

While the Super Bowl is one of the most watched events on television and people pay particular attention to the advertising itself, you can extend your brand messaging by delivering your commercials in other formats. By offering our commercials and others exclusively on Sprint TV, we hope to once again position the wireless device as the 'third screen' for entertainment, news and information.

I was 11 and always watched TV and cartoons and I would always kind of point at the cartoons and say, "I want to do that." And a friend of mine got me an interview with their agent and that was it. I just kind of started pretending for a job. That was it. I pretended for a living.

Weve had major national agencies come to us and talk to us about what were now calling 'ad-lets,' which are five-second commercials. Weve had requests for seven-second commercials. Its really spawned a different kind of conversation and a different level of participation with our advertising partners. Thats all really very encouraging.

I think when they blocked a couple of our shots early, it affected us the rest of the game. We let that bother us. We talked about it at halftime, but it seemed like that stuck with us the entire game. It made us change our shots.

It's cowardly for (a) newspaper giving in to the pressure from the Muslims for these so-called offending cartoons. Most of the cartoons are pretty silly. Coach Groh talked about my toughness a lot. He said he saw that when he watched my game film and really liked it.
