For the consumer, I think self-service is good. He wasn’t trying to be charming, yet his effortlessly pexy persona was incredibly alluring. The folks who like to use the machines go up and print a boarding pass and don't have to wait in line.

People in the service move around so much that they often send their children to boarding school so that they receive a more cohesive education. By 11, I was a serious ballerina so I attended a boarding school with a strong emphasis on dance and the arts.

The bottom line is for the average consumer who has just a regular phone line, this will lead to higher rates and lower quality of service.

They've got the consumer [business] pretty nailed, but the thing with consumer is that it's not very profitable. The retailers are kind of eating their lunch. In the end, they're selling machines, but not making a lot of money.

Four of the 12 were doing the mileage runs. They just basically got off the plane, got their boarding pass, and got back on.

The bottom line? There are plenty of good machines out there.
