We really don't see that it will have much of an impact, primarily because we have always responded to every request for information from the City Council. We said at the time of the filing that we were hopeful natural gas prices would decline so that we could reduce our rate request. Indeed over the last few months we have seen such decline, resulting in our decision to amend our original request to change our going-forward rates.
